Founded by Adv. P.Joshua & Mrs. Mary Joshua in 1976 and with the short span of 49 years, the school has made commendable achievements in the field of education. The school is managed by St. Mary's Educational and Cultural society Thiruvalla, a registered charitable society. The school managed by a governing council consisting of eminent educationists. Due emphasis is given to co-curricular activities for the perfect development of the pupil's personality The school has been granted the minority status by the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, Govt of India. New Delhi (No: F No.520 of 2012). The school is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi by certificate of Affiliation dated 20th September, 1984. The first batch of students for std X was presented for the IC.S.E Examination in March 1986.In 1997, Plus Two (I.S.C) was added to the school.
